Meltdown success stories?

yadayadayada, come on guys, does this workout actually work, or is it b/s. Obviously, anyone can combine a whole bunch of speed workouts together in little time and you can be soar but from my experience, I usually gain muscle by lifting heavier weight instead of light weight, When I bench, my last set is whatever I can get 3-4 times and that’s usually where thee muscle growth kicks in, so I know this workout looks good on the outside, but does it actually build your chest up cuz if it doesn’t, I’ll just stick to the old bench, incline, fly routine that’s gotten me to where I am now, which is max at 265 weighing 200 pounds at 6’3" (19 years old)…thanks…
