First off, I love this workout. It reminds me of bootcamp-
Q: My left side is weaker than my right so when I perform the static hold(especially at the end of the w/o) I'm not able to go the full thirty seconds(only twenty today) so with my right should I only go the twenty sec.?
Also, guys are starting to hound me as if I'm camping in one spot with no work being done. I am confident enough to shrug this off, Has that happened to anyone else while on this?
