Meltdown Question

Based on Alessi’s article, Meltdown I is designed for losing fat in the limbs (read: contest prep). My arms and legs are very lean; I hold onto fat in my trunk. Based on that, would I be better off going with another program?

I understand that it’s not like the only place Meltdown training can take fat off is in the limbs, I just wonder if there is a better program geared more towards the trunk. Common sense tells me it will take fat from the places it is most plentiful, but thought I’d ask anyways. Thanks much for any insights.


I’d stick to Meltdown, or fat to fire. Trunk is generally the first to gain fat and last to lose it, damn.
