Hello T-nation. For those of you Meltdowners out there, what are you doing for pre and post-workout for the cardio portion of the workout? Do you do the same post-workout recommendations as the weight portion? I have been doing a scoop of BCAA’s/glutamine (Coach D’s brand) along w. an additional 5 g. glutamine, but I am unsure as to whether or not you need the full protein/carb allotment for afterwards as it’s such a short session. Your thoughts (to quote Mufasa)? P.S. Meltdown at 5:30 a.m. really, really SUCKS!!!
