Meltdown + Length?

How long is the Meltdown training designed for? If I understand correctly, it’s a 3 week program?

Also, has anyone done well with this program and the T-Dawg diet v2?

in the article it says four weeks (meltdown I right?)

I had great results with a diet similar to T-dawg 2.0 and meltdown, but I preceded it with a cycle of strength training and I think that combo was key.
