Whats up T-men I’ve got a question regarding meltdown III. I cant figure out how to exicute the workout using the prescribed One arm Row and One leg squat. Am I supposed to work the same leg 7 sets straight through then switch over and do the next Leg? This is the only thing I have come up with becuase If I were to alternate legs it would screw up the rest times of the dynamic sets and the static sets. Any help is appreciated.
