Meltdown II Mods

Hey Guys,

I was wondering whether it would be a bad idea or not to do Meltdown II, but instead of decreasing the # of sets/rest times, just increase the weights? I’m doing a 4 week “Cycle” of 4 ad ec and I’m really liking how this program makes me feel. I realize that this may no longer be “Meltdown II”, but would it be a bad idea?
