Meltdown II for Athletes?

I’m looking at Meltdown II for conditioning/precontest preperation purposes.
Now, the questions:

  1. question is, is MD2 useable/recommended and can MD2 cause overtraining if one performs other activities (martial arts practice 3x/week and/or tabata/hiit conditioning)?

  2. Will MD2 be all the conditioning I need outside of MA practice precontest?

  3. And lastly, if not for precontest uses, will it work as general conditioning/getting fitter once in a while? (fx 4weeks MD2, 8weeks other (ABBH, WSSB, etc)
