Meltdown days?

I searched and just couldn’t find the answer for this question…what days should the meltdown workouts be done? If days 1 and 2 are to be repeated 2x a week, could you go Mon-Tue-Wed-Thurs then take Fri-Sun off? Thanks for the advice!


I depends on your body’s ability to recover. For me, that schedule would probably cause me to over-train. When I did Meltdown I did Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri. That allowed for a good recovery day in between.


That’s what I do. Wed. and weekends off. Although I do a little cardio on off days sometimes.
