Meltdown 2 - Reps?

hey guys and girls. im new 2 the site. just got a question about the meltdown 2 training.
With the reps, does it go 1RM of 90-95% then rest for 15seconds and rack weights then do another rep then rest then one last rep then repeat 5 times.

When you rack the weights during the rest. is that adding weight and how much should be added???
