He recommends mega-doses of BCAAs during a workout - 40g for a 200lbs man. This is a ton of BCAAs! I definitely had reduced DOMS and better recovery with normal BCAA usage… but that mega dose sounds expensive.
Anyone try it and have worthwhile gains compared to taking a smaller dose?
