Medicine Ball Substitution?

Hi there. My name is Lena. I really like the program Hardbody for woman, but I have some questions about it.

My gym does not have medicine balls heavier than 2 and 4 kg... and there is no area where to throw them... Idea for the substitutions are welcomed!!! =)

explosive push ups with your hands elevated on a bench. Unless you can find something else to throw.

For the wall slams, you can either try high-low woodchoppers or use one of the medicine balls for Russian twists.

For the overhead throws, explosive elevated push-ups like Nighthawkz said would be a good bet. Hands up on a bench, legs straight, feet up on your toes, and explode up. Just make sure the bench is secure and won’t flip over when you press off of it.

A smith machine is great for these as it’s sturdy and you can easily change the height.
