Hey CT I just purchased your newest DVD and I was wondering if I understood right.
For the heavy lift I suppose I ramp up the weight to a max of lets say 4 sets of 6 back squats
But for the Mechanical drop lift how exactly should I go about doing this because if I start @ my max 8 reps for B1-3 I would have to drop weight for successive sets. What percentage of my max should I begin with? For sets 2-3 do I increase my weights?
