Measuring Recovery Capacity

This is in relation to Thib’s article ‘the Thib System Part 3’

He mentions a lot of things and says that it depends on your recovery capacity (in regards to training frequency) which makes sense. But of course this raises the question (for me anyway); how does one determine their recovery capacity and ‘know’ when they’re ready to train that muscle again for optimal frequency?

If you are recovered than you can progress in some fashion. That’s how I determine it.
