How is the waist measured?
By trying to measure it when the stomach is relaxed, or when you try to do the vacuum?
i would say relaxed… all that matters is whatever you can do you can repeat nearly the exact procedure in the future.
It doesnt really matter where you take any measurement as long as its repeatable it is valid for monitoring progress.
