Meals From Subway?

Ok, so lets say that you have to choose a food you can buy on the high street as the 4th meal of the day.

SO I’m saying

Breakfast

Snack Meal

Lunch

THIS MEAL

Dinner

Shake

I’m thinking of grabbing subway for this meal. Just wanted to know what the best contents, size etc would be for this.

Current Squat is 180, looking to turn that into 250 by the end of the year.

Also want to build hypertrophy.

I don’t think anything else on the menu beats the protein count than this.

It’s probably better than a lot of things, in that you can get as many fresh veggies on there as you want, but they are way too stingy with the meat. Even double meat isn’t half enough.

I see no problem with eating a subway sandwich. go easy on the condiments and pick your vegetables well. I prefer their wheat bread, as it’s generally a healthy way to go.
