Meals and macronutrient-ratio

I know that the best thing would be to have
all meals in the goal ratio (for example 40 % carbs, 30 % protein and 20 % fat).
However I just can´t do it!

I shoot for 50 % carbs, 30 % protein and 20 %
fat - but almost all the fat is consumed on
meals 1,3 and 5 (pretty evenly divided). Meals 2 and 4 are high carb, high protein low fat meals.

Will this yield crappy results?

Can’t do it??? or won’t do it??

Check out Nate Dogg’s post about John Berardi’s nutriton information. It answers your question perfectly.

Bateman, John also has a plan called the “Don’t Diet Diet.” It is similar to what you are talking about. He has it divided so that meals 2, 4, and 6 are higher carb and protein meals with low fat and meals 1, 3, 5 are higher fat and protein with low carb. At least, it’s very similar to that. I don’t have my notes with me. But the good thing is that John will be writing about that article soon. And yes, it is similar to the get Massive Diet. Only to get leaner, you must consume 10-15 percent less calories to lose fat.
