I know that the best thing would be to have
all meals in the goal ratio (for example 40 % carbs, 30 % protein and 20 % fat).
However I just can´t do it!
I shoot for 50 % carbs, 30 % protein and 20 %
fat - but almost all the fat is consumed on
meals 1,3 and 5 (pretty evenly divided). Meals 2 and 4 are high carb, high protein low fat meals.
Will this yield crappy results?
