John, how do you get so many meals in per day if you wait at least 3 hours between each? I can get in 8 meals only if I eat every 2 hours and then don’t eat during 8 hours of sleep time or every 2.5 hours and eat 6-7 times a day. Would it be best to wait longer between meals? If I eat a p+c meal and then 2-2.5 hours later a p+f meal would the raise in insulin levels from the p+c meal affect me when I eat the p+f meal? Thanks.
