Question regarding the impact of how a meal is consumed, as with my job the three middle meals are not at one sitting each but pecked at over a 9 hour shift, almost like one long meal. I am very careful to follow a strick high protien low carb diet and wonder about the pros and cons of this timeing. Thanks
It has been called grazing by some, and doesn’t seem to have an adverse affect on your goals. The only con I could see(Read: pull out of my ass) is that your body wouldn’t get as large a metabolic boost as you would with the one long meal. If I were trying to bulk, I’d probably use your approach, if i were looking to cut, i think I’d try to get seperate “meals” three hours apart.
