Ok I am trying to get serious about training, lean mass and dropping BF but it seems the thing holding me back is the eating part. I like around 530-6 at night. I was wondering if someone could hook me up with a schedule when and what I should eat. Like breakfast how much protein, carbs should I eat then the next meal and so on so forth. Including pre and post workouts and snacks. Or even just team me up with a link.
