Meal Replacement Bar Recipes


Anyone have any recipes for meal replacement bars?

I am looking for something that can last for at least 2 weeks to be taken on a trip.


for 2 weeks? I think you’ll struggle.

Jerky and nuts would be my suggestion. Either that or just buy packets of pre made ones.


Tanka warrior bars made with buffalo meat , cranberries, peppers, expensive 3 bucks a peice 2oz like 14g protein, onnit and amazon have . Now make sure they are the warrior bars they are moist .
Or buy a meat dehydrater and make your jerky at home, I’ve heard the higher fat hamburger 73% lean is better then steak cuts as it is moisture easier to chew.


I wish Biotest still made their bars.
