Meal plans for the week, etc....

Is anyone interested in starting a thread about how you eat for the week? There are many recipes/etc. out there, but I’d like to see how everyone plans for the week/day. Include you macronutrient total for each day. What I would like to do is get some new combinations/inspiration to liven up my own program. It may be easier if you posted only one days’ program. Any storage/handling tips are welcome also.
