Meal Plan

Hello, can anyone show me a good meal plan to go by daily for someone who weight trains also cardio along with it.

I know I need about 3000 calories per day or close to that. So does anyone have a meal program that is high in protein and complex carbs, and also healthy and nutritious at the same time (possibly spread out to 4-6 meals a day or whatever). This will be greatly appreciated, thanks.
