To do these two-a-days, I have to get up pretty early. I am usually hungry when I get up so I just down 1-2scoops of AP protein. My question is, would it be ok to take 1 tablespoon or 1/2 of Flax oil before hitting the gym? It would be about 1/2 hour before I hit the gym. Also, I would NOT be sipping on surge during this AM workout. Just after. I know Chris mentioned have a scoop of AP or and MRP. Any suggestions?

I’d say go ahead and use a tbsp of flax. Your body will use that to fuel the workout. It will also help get you a jumpstart on the cals for the day. I plan on taking two scoops of protein with a tbsp of flax.
Adding some flax should be fine. I really enjoy my Surge before and during though. Seems to really improve the quality of the workout. I ran out this week and really felt the difference.
How do you run out when you work for T-mag? I would think you would be comped on all products, and be bathing in Mag-10.
