Due to odd work hours this week, I’m having to workout in the mornings. As a result, I’m going to have to have my PWO shake as normal, then rush in to work. Thing is, where I’d normally sit down and have some lean meat, rice etc for my next meal, about 1 hour 15 mins after the shake, I simply am not going to be able to have time for it at work. My question is therefore, would it be OK to just have a plain protein shake with a couple of bananas instead of the aforementioned meal?

u cud always have some skim milk also
just make sure that u make up for that when u finally find time to eat
