MD6 dosage

Hey guys I just started on a cutting cycle …my target is to lose about an inch from my waist and 3 to 4 lbs in about 12days while maintaining as much muscle mass as possible. I am confused about when to take MD6. In light of the recent caffeine articles…should I take it before or after breakfast?
Secondly MD6 has 200mg of alpha lipoic acid…I don’t know if its that or the 5-htp that gives me a really weird wired sort of feeling if I take MD6 before my workout.
So I’d like some advice on when to take my MD6

For me, MD6 has always worked better taking it after a meal instead of before.
