MD-6

I am yaking 4-6 MD6 a day which is making my dieting days very easy…I am wondering if it is actually more effective to take one or two days off a week…to allow the receptors to come back…or is it just as effective to use four five weeks with two weeks off…During the T-Dawg diet Chris recommends that you not take it on your cheat day…but what if you don’t have a cheat day…I don’t want to stop taking the MD-6 if I don’t need too…thanks.
