Well I have decided to back into shape and hopefully stronger and faster so I can play soccer again. I play goalkeeper so I have to have mass but still be able to have an explosive reaction time. I have never had any upper body strength and I'm hoping to improve on that. I've been reading threads on this site and hopefully I found a good workout program that will help me achieve my goal by summer/fall. Any input or suggestions are HIGHLY appreciated.
