Some crossfit guy. Went from 169 to 201 in 7 weeks following Starting Strength, GOMAD and all.
Measurements (again, self-reported)
Flexed Thigh: 22" - 24.75"
Neck: 15" - 16"
Flexed arm: 13" - 14.25"
Flexed chest: 40.5" - 43"
Stomach measured around belly button: 30.5" - 34.5"
Waist: 31" - 33.5"

“Teen Transformation winner” from bb.com. 60 pounds of total bodyweight in about a year. Beginner gains + teen gains = good combo for progress.

Let’s see pics with date stamps to show this 25lbs of pure muscle BS. A cycle of AAS as a noob would be lucky to turn 15lbs of muscle in 12 weeks. (Normal cycle not everything and the kitchen sink)
People don’t realize that maintaining a 6 pack doesn’t mean you aren’t gaining fat. I put on 30lbs in 8 weeks and kept a 6 pack. It was maybe maybe 5-8lbs of muscle and that was dehydrated and lean lean start. So lots of water and glycogen and you bet your ass I gained some fat. But kept a 6 pack. 25lbs of muscle is an asinine amount
Nonsense. All you do is impose arbitrary limits on people. Only because you can’t do it, doesn’t mean that the OP couldn’t achieve this.
Almost died of laughter

I’d gladly take 5lbs of lean msucle over a summer. That would be a great addition. 25lbs I’d most likely kill a good number of people to gain if I could do it in a year
Gotta laugh at some of those Bf numbers and a 4inch increase in waist. Dayyyyyum lean gains

Somebody has to fill the big, like really fucking big void left by the legend. I mean think about what the world would be without people that make other people move out of the way in public spaces. We have a responsibility here.
are you guys talking about LIMITS in here? That’s cool.
