I just have a quick question. What is the maximum amount of muscle taht can be gained in the course of a month. I have only been lifting for 6 months and am gaining weight quickly. I read somewhere taht its between 1-2 pounds a week and read somewehre else taht its about .25-.5 pounds a week. Just needed to clear things up cause i would like to stay relativly lean being that i dont want to go on huge cutting cycle
Also aside from the mag and the adds in them; dude a pound of muscle is a LOT!

any way the short reply is: “roughly 23 pounds in a year” with high-level athletes. . .
