Maximizing Squat Performance

Hi CT,

This will be a change of tack from my other questions but im just working on a bigger picture at the moment.

How would you lay out a week using your 3,2,1,6,6,6 program to maximise back squat performance oevr a 5 day split. Is there any way of hitting it 2/3 times a week whilst fitting in other essential exercises like high pulls and push presses and slight decline bench?

To be abit clearer would this split be acceptable?

  1. Squat Workout + accessory deadstart row
  2. Push Press, Slight Decline, Highpull
  3. Squat Workout + accessory deadstart row
  4. Push Press, Slight Decline, Highpull
  5. Squat Workout + accessory deadstart row

Could you suggest how i could layout the squat day?
