Maximizing Micronized Creatine

I just ordered a tub of the German Micronized Creatine, and to any member with much experience with that particular kind I would like your advice. Specifically if you could back it up with facts. I want to take the maximum amount I can , without wasting my money by pissing it all out.

How can I manipulate my bodies consumption of this product. Spacing it out during the day ?, Taking on empty stomach ?, Mixing with peanut butter so it sticks to my insides ?. I am going all natural meaning no steroids so I need to work this stuff for all its worth. thank you.

Take 7.5-10 grams post workout, that’s it.

What is it going to take to get you to stop making new threads?

mix 7-10 grams w/ a serving of Surge or some other simple sugar/whey isolate combination post-workout. Creatine is best obsorbed when paired with a simple sugar.
