Hello everyone I’m on testosterone, norditropin and nature thyroid for defienciey. I had brain cancer treatment with brain surgery,chemo therapy and radiation therapy. Currently I’m taking 0.6mg norditropin daily before lifting and doing cardio after. 65mg of nature thyroid every morning and 100mg test c two times a week. . I lift weights 5 days a week and do cardio 6 days a week for 40-60 minutes. I’m wondering what doses of each you would recommend taking to maximize fat loss and at what time? Any helpful tips are greatly appreciated.
