Maximal weights

A question for any poster…Have any of you gone through the whole 12 week “Maximal Weights” program prescribed by Coach Poliquin? I am in week 6 right now; on the last of the 6x2-4 protocol. Ive seen my strength go up. Getting ready to head into the Mentzer-type protocol for the next 3 week phase. Any input would be worth hearing…
After the 12 weeks I am going to do OVT for 8 weeks but changing the exercises after the 4 week mark.

I’ve been a pretty big fan of Maximal Weights but I’m changing things up. Now OVT is my bulking cycle with andro support, followed by Maximal Weights for the maintenance cycle that follows. It will cut the volume in 1/2 while hopefully maintaining my gains.
