"Maximal Strength Training for Muscle Mass" Opinions?

Thanks for reading. I’ve found this routine and like the concept, however it’s broken down by weeks…

Does this mean it’s once per week or as many times you feel healthy enough to do this in a week? Let me know your thoughts.


Once per week. You’d train you other lifts around that, and you’d probably back off other lower body work a little too just to make sure you recover.

It’s a deadlift training cycle, it is assumed that you will also be training the other lifts on other days. Josh Bryant puts out a lot of good information and videos, and also trains some of the strongest lifters out there. You don’t necessarily need to follow everything word for word since it’s not written for you, you might need to adjust the volume and exercise selection, but it’s worth considering.
