Maximal Strength, Minimal Equipment Program

Has anyone here done this? Looks fun and was thinking about running it at the beginning of the year.Results, critiques, dislikes, etc…are welcome.

Looks like a 3day per week Westside program. Would be better off just running Westside 4 days a week as usual, IMO. Westside is a great program for strength and explosiveness if you do it right. Builds size as well if you’re not used to maxing a lot.

? It’s a 4 day a week upper/lower program. Did you even read it?

Its essentially a Conujgate program. Really not much different and I personally have had amazing results my wife as well and hundreds of other power lifters and strongmen. Its a great program not this one specifically but the Conjugate method is great.
