Maximal Size

Just about to finish the first 4 weeks and I have been very pleased with the results. Massive eating with a gain of 7lbs of mostly lean mass and increases in all of my lifts. This weekend I ate clean, just not enough, so I need to reevaluate my caloric needs and food choices.

Anyways, my question is for the second four weeks do I pick a weight I can do for the entire 10x3, or do I progress through the sets? An example perhaps…


You mean 12x4, not 10x3.

Pick a weight and bury it for 12 sets.

The first few won’t be hard but the residual fatigue will catch you.

Yeah, I meant 12x4. For whatever reason 10x3 was in my head. Anyways, thanks for the reply.
