Max Strength

I’m just wondering what everyone here uses as a periodization model for maximal strength.

There are lots of great programs out there, but they’re only so effective if they aren’t sequenced correctly!

the trouble with some (not all) periodizations plans that use percentages is that they are written for people who cycle their drugs as they cycle their weights. When the weights go up and they approach a competitioon, the lifters would cycle in drugs which allowed them to finish the periodization plan as planned. My friends and I (drug free)have tried several and we were not able to keep up near the end of the period. Just keep that in mind.
