What diet/supplements should i use to maximize my results at 16?

Stop eating shit and lift weights.
milk, tuna, steak, chicken breast, brown rice, potatoes, blueberries, spinach, EVOO, coconut oil, more steak, eggs.
3 large high protein meals. 2 protein shakes.
if you can't gain weight then start adding more calories to your diet.
