Hello, i was just wondering if the max ot training style was more for gaining mass or just strengh.

ive heard that the 4-6 rep range is to low for mass gains and is more for strength.

I’ve used it in the recent past. The results are real.

You’re not going to lose for trying it out. If memory serves you train one body part a day.

Really depends person to person. If you always have trained in the 8-12 range or higher then going to 4-6 reps is going to be a shock for your system and you will gain both a lot of strength and mass as well. Works vice versa as well too.
