Any thoughts on it? Anyone tried it? I seem to be getting fairly good results.

What else should you get with Heavy lifting though?

I’ve been using it for the past four years. I’ve had good luck with the program, however, I’d stress the point about taking a week off every eight weeks. The CNS needs the time off.

I have been doing it for 2 months and I have seen some really good gains. I have been bulking while doing the program and I think it’s a great program for bulking.
