Title says it all. How effective was it? Experience (liked it, didn’t like it, would do this instead of this, etc)? What split did you use? And any other notes about the program would be welcome
I found incredibly effective. Both size and strength, but mainly strength. I used it for Bench Press & Incline Bench Press, and put around 35 lbs to my bench in about 3 weeks as an intermediate lifter.
