I weighed 182 for these lifts
Deadlift: 480 lbs
Full Squat: 415 (all the way down)
Bench: 315x2
Overhead Press: 190
After looking at my training log, I made the following goals.
By September (the 4 year mark) I will:
Bench 360
Full Squat 450
Deadlift 500
Overhead Press 215
But I couldn’t help but notice my first max entry:

Weight: 129
Bench: 120
Squat: 150
Deadlift: I didn’t know what it was
