For the Max Growth Cluster sets you recommend only doing 3 sets. The way the sets are composed it looks a little like the layer system i.e: Clusters, Slow eccentric, Growth factor release. So my question is: Can you incorporate this into the layer system: Ramping up to a 3rm and doing 3 Max Growth Cluster sets? This equates to 7-8 sets, is this enough to stimulate hypertrophy?
Also, for the preacher curl, assuming im doing 7 sets once a week with the methods described above, should i add a second day doing a diffrent biceps exercise using Max growth clusters for 3 sets? Is this too much?
