Max Effort Upper Body

My shoulder has been giving me some problems for awhile now. I have consulted my doctor and am pursuing help for it. In the mean time what are some good max effort upper body lifts I can do? BAsically any benching movement or rowing movement is out. I’m thinking:

Weighted Dips
Weight Pull-ups
Military Press(oddly this doesn’t hurt me)
Olympic lifts
Floor Press (maybe going to see how it goes)

Any other ideas?

Wait to see what’s wrong with it and fix it before you start doing max effort work again.
