-Bodyfat(not really measured): 12-15 %
Diet: My strongest enemy, I dont follow any diet, but I try to eat as much as possible.
Time training:
2010:
3 months of training then quit.
3 months of training again then quit.
2011:
4 months of training then quit.
2012:
4 months til now.
I dont care how strong I am, but how good I look.
I dont base my progression only on lifting more weight although is one of the factors, not the most important one.
Im a believer in the importance of MMC.
