Looking around and found this, looks a similar loading pattern to Smolov but can be done two days a week instead of 4 and peaks at 6 sets not 10. Its been modified to suit an older lifter.
Has any one done it or know someone who has? and what were your gains?
I'm seriously thinking of giving it ago after Christmas.
