I cannot believe how fast a month goes by. I have been consumed in my last quarter of school. My 4 classes have taken most of my time, both mentally and physically. Today was a good day, I was able to get my Trigonometry homework done early and I rewarded myself with a training session. 35 days till graduation.
Chest and Back:
Warm up: Treadmill: 10 mins
Bench Press: 45x15, 145x10, 235x5, 285x5, 310x3
30 Degree Incline BP: 145x10, 165x10, 185x10
Lat Pulldowns: Front: 120x10, 170x10, 210x10
Low Rows: 210x8, 230x8, 250x8
Total Volume: 21,125
Nice Big Brother James, Welcome to the master Class. Great thing about the Master class is you can pay for the open and the master classes and Kick ass in two classes!

Congrats on the graduation. I’m just starting school and the end of the month. Changing careers and all. What degree are you receiving?
Colin- Thanks for the kind words and yes it will be fun to compete in both the open and the masters class.
Ruglayer- Thank you. I will be receiving my BS in Information Technology. I am then applying for my masters program and that is in Information Security and Assurance with an emphasis in computer forensics. Good luck with your schooling.
Congradulations on your up coming graduation. The training looks great and powerfull as usual. when we first met on this site we talked about hammer curls and I have been doing them consistantly. My e-z bar curl is strong due in part to them. Barry and I are due to hit it hard soon here in Azle,Tx. Have a great week!
