Master2010's Modified Rippetoe Log

I wanted to start a log here on T-Nation so I could keep track of my workouts and get some feedback. I do keep a personal log as well but I figured you guys could help out with anything that needs fixing.

Currently my routine is a little modified to accommodate the shitty gym at my boarding school.

Stats:
Age-18
Height - 6’1
Weight - 180-185ish
Bodyfat - Approximation around 15-20%

I’ll include my last few weeks that I have logged. Note: Weights for DB exercises are for each DB, not total.

May 3rd:
Barbell squat 115 x 3 x 5
Seated DB press 30 x 3 x 5
Bent over DB row 50 x 3 x 5

May 5th:
DB squat 45 x 3 x 5 ---- No barbells at school gym, sucks, I know, only 2 more weeks here though. Done with DB’s on shoulders
DB Bench 45 x 3 x 5
Stiff leg DB row 50 x 2 x 5

May 7th:
DB squat 45 x 3 x 5
Standing DB Press 30 x 3 x 5 stall on last set, 25 x 1 x 5 stall
Bent over DB row 50 x 3 x 5

May 9th:
DB squat 45 x 3 x 5
DB bench 50 x 3 x 5 stall on last set
Stiff leg DB row 50 x 2 x 5

May 12th:
DB squat 50 x 3 x 5
Standing DB press 25 x 3 x 5
Bent over DB row 50 x 3 x 5

May 14th:
DB squat 50 x 3 x 5
DB bench 45 x 3 x 5
Stiff leg DB row 50 x 2 x 5

May 16th:
DB squat 55 x 3 x 5
Standing DB press 30 x 3 x 5
Bent over DB row 60 x 3 x 5

May 19th
DB squat 55 x 3 x 5
DB bench 50 x 3 x 5
DB deadlift 70 x 2 x 5

Weight hasn’t always been fully challenging due to 50 lb max dumbbells here but I’ve gotten creative with some stacking and have been challenged on most of the exercises. Can’t wait for a normal gym!

Nutrition: Pretty clean, eating lots of protein, PWO whey, fish oil, probably around 3000-3500 calories a day. Tough time getting enough vegetables and five-six meals. Usually end up with three meals and some snacks through the day.
