Massive Eating...

I just finished in Jan a 28 day fat fast
and dropped 2% body fat. Is this good or have
others had better results?
I was just reading the Massive Eating article
and noticed JMB changed “units” of measure for
amount of protein in grms/lb of body weight. Should this be grms/kg of body weight for protein and is that based on lean mass or total
mass? Thanks
